The Property Redress Scheme is a government authorised consumer redress scheme offering redress and dispute resolution to consumers of lettings and property management.

The current Advisory Council was set up to advise the Head of Redress, Sean Hooker, and refer him to matters of consideration such as new or modified laws or forthcoming government policies as they relate to the property industry.

To strengthen our governance and accountability, we are re-launching our Advisory Panel and are inviting applications from the UK property sector. There is only a limited number of places on the board available within a variety of specialisms (up to 15). Apply to join our Advisory Panel.

The new approach is to promote a genuinely authentic outlook and attitude across all areas of the property spectrum and to make sure that the Property Redress Scheme takes a balanced and knowledgeable view in its vision and in all of its policy decisions.

Individuals on the panel will help us achieve this by providing advice, guidance and support within their specific area of expertise and experience in the property industry. The Advisory Panel will meet twice annually, once in person and once virtually.
