Becky Hope Palmer

In March 2019, Becky was appointed an Associate Artist of She. Becky has spent the last two years on attachment with the Royal Shakespeare Company, most recently with the 2018/19 production of Romeo and Juliet and previously on Richard Bean’s The Hypocrite for Hull City of Culture 2017. Trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Becky has since worked across Scotland and predominantly with the Lyceum Theatre in Edinburgh. In 2016, along with Phillip Breen, she directed the traditional York Mystery Plays in York Minster with a cast of nearly 200 volunteers. Becky founded Edinburgh based company Thrive Theatre which has produced several Edinburgh Fringe productions and work in progress performances. She is also works frequently with Yorkshire-based company She Productions, making a new musical It's Different For Girls which played to great acclaim in 2017/18.
