Our Story

TCE

TCE is a small family run company with a wealth of experience gained from looking after our long standing customers.

We are small enough to care, but big enough to project manage large projects with our skills and expertise.

The company was started in April 2000. We have now been servicing industrial, horticultural and farming industry for 24 years.

We specialise in electrical installations for industrial, horticultural and farming applications.

We also specialise in LED grow lights, growing systems and environmental control.

We work closely with a handful of the top LED lighting manufactures, to offer our customers the best choice when it comes to their different applications.

CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW

TCE were asked to supply 8 x S5 units for the IKEA stand at the 2019 Chelsea show
The units are a universal growing platform for small scale indoor farming

GROWING UNDERGROUND

TCE was involved in the manufacture and build of the vertical farm under the streets of London. The first in the UK.
Recently we have added a new research and development section to the farm testing lighting and growing conditions

STOCKBRIDGE TECHNOLOGY CENTRE

TCE designed and built this vertical farming testing farm for comparing crops in two identical growing rooms, we can run each farm with different climate conditions to compare the crops responses across both rooms

BIO PESTICIDE GLASSHOUSE

TCE designed and built this Glasshouse at Stockbridge Technology Centre in 2018 with the help from EBTech Glasshouse solutions

The glasshouse has three compartments

each compartment is 120m2 and fitted with pipe heating, mesh vents and Valoya BL120 grow lights.

The block is controlled by a Priva Compact computer
