What evidence will I need to claim?
Evidence required to support your claim:
- A copy of your tenancy agreement.
- Copies of correspondence between you and your landlord - emails, mobile messages or letters.
- Photos of the disrepair, with dates if possible.
- Photos of your damaged property, with receipts of the property if you have had to replace items.
- Medical reports indicating your health issues.
- Any other expert evidence, for example, reports from a surveyor or an Environmental Health Officer.
