Embedded World 2020 Exhibition & Conference is the world’s leading meeting place for the embedded community. The event will take place at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre in Nuremberg, Germany, from February 25-27, 2020.

Andreas Fuchs, Fraunhofer Institute for Secure Information Technology (SIT)
Andreas Fuchs studied computer science at the Technische Universität Darmstadt and the University of Massachusetts and received his Diploma (MSc) at the former. For more than 10 years, he’s been an active member of the Trusted Computing Group, participating in most of the work groups over time. Since the reinstantiation of the TSS working group for TSS 2.0 he has focused on and been one of the most active members in this working group, contributing to all standards. In 2017, he received the TCG’s Annual Leadership Award. He is one of the maintainers of the OpenSource Implementation of the TSS 2.0 as well as for the accompanying OpenSSL engine and the tpm2-totp project, as well as implementing an extension to cryptsetup/LUKS for TPM 2.0.

Guenther Fischer, Senior Consultant Licensing and Protection, Wibu-Systems
With decades of experience in the software industry under his belt, Mr Fischer now advises software publishers on planning and implementing protected software systems. His specialty is cybersecurity applied to the IoT world. He addresses its unique challenges by facilitating the introduction of know-how and tamper protection techniques while enabling new business models at the same time.

TCG Speakers include:
Tom Brostrom, Cyber Pack Ventures, Inc.
Tom Brostrom is the Research Technical Directory at Cyber Pack Ventures, Inc. (CPVI). Since joining the company in Dec 2016, he has worked with the U.S. National Security Agency’s Laboratory for Advanced Cybersecurity Research to engage the academic community under their Science of Security Initiative, and led advanced research in securing embedded systems. Prior to joining CPVI, he was a Senior Engineering Leader and Technical Director at NSA, and veteran of 33 years. He is a graduate of NSA’s Senior Technical Development Program and is a recipient of NSA’s Meritorious Civilian Service Award. He was also an adjunct instructor at NSA’s National Cryptologic School and at the Computer Science and Electrical Engineering department at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). He holds an M.S. in computer science from UMBC.

Stephan Rosner, Cypress
Stephan Rosner has served as Vice President for Systems Engineering Cypress and previously Spansion since 2010. He has more than 20 years experience in developing digital and software technologies for logic and memory products.
Stephan played a key role in architecting and driving new ideas from concept to product e.g. for ADSL, 802.11 technology and embedded controller solutions. In recent years his work focussed on memory systems, including in-memory-computing for speech processing and secure memory solutions.
From 2004 to 2010, Stephan served as Director for Software and Systems Engineering at Spansion driving modeling, protocol optimization and architecture. Before that, he spent 6 years as an architect with AMD’s Embedded and Communications Group. Additional experience includes 5 years as a researcher with the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits and Systems in Germany.
Stephan earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology, Dresden. He holds over 40 patents and publications for circuit and system design.Cypress

Dr. Florian Schreiner, Infineon
Florian Schreiner received his Dipl.-Ing. and PhD at the Technische Universität München in the department of Electrical Engineering. At Infineon he is Security Architect and Project Manager for Embedded Security Solutions within the Division Digital Security Solutions, where he is working on upcoming security advances and concepts regarding Embedded Security, Trusted Computing standardization and automotive security. He is member of the Trusted Computing Group (TCG) and participates in the standardization activities as co-chair of the Certification Program Committee and the TPM Software Stack Workgroup.
