18 years since I had my Kidney Transplant and so very grateful for my continued good health. 🙂
Which has inspired me to attempt a trio of challenges between 1st September and 5th October 2021 .
I will be putting on my walking boots and raising funds for a charity which is very close to my heart.
Walking Challenge Number One -- Boss It Ultra Gower in aid of Paul Popham Fund, 4th September.
I will be walking 50k (31.06 miles) along the breathtaking Gower Coastline – Rhossili to Verdis
Walking Challenge Number Two – Kilometres for Kidneys Wear Wally Walks Wales – 1st September-30th September 2021
This is a Team Event, and we will be walking the perimeter of Wales 1085 miles.
Walking Challenge Number Three- Virtual London Marathon,
26.2 miles on Sunday 3rd October 2021.
I would really appreciate your support in raising much needed funds for the refurbishment of the Children’s Kidney Centre. Your donations will make a huge difference and we will be able to make the Centre a bright and positive environment for our patients and their families. By improving the facilities at the Centre, it will also have a positive effect on the wellbeing of the patients, parents and staff.
