Industrial action by the ASLEF union is set to take place on the following dates:

  • Wednesday 8 to Saturday 11 May – overtime ban, revised service

Wednesday 8 to Friday 10 May – revised service, check before you travel

A revised service will run, with short-notice cancellations possible. Engineering work will also affect our network.

Suburban lines
London Waterloo – Dorking Normal hourly service
London Waterloo – Guildford via Leatherhead Normal hourly service
London Waterloo – Woking Normal half-hourly service, some early morning and late-night cancellations
London Waterloo – Guildford via Cobham & Stoke D’Abernon Full peak service, hourly off-peak
London Waterloo – Shepperton Hourly off-peak, some services via Twickenham cancelled
London Waterloo – Hampton Court Full peak service, hourly off-peak
London Waterloo -  Chessington South Normal service, hourly off-peak
London Waterloo – Kingston via Wimbledon Normal half-hourly service, some early morning cancellations
London Waterloo – Kingston via Richmond Normal half-hourly services, some late-night cancellations
Windsor lines
London Waterloo – Windsor & Eton Riverside Full peak service, hourly off-peak, some early morning cancellations
London Waterloo – Weybridge Full peak service, hourly off-peak
London Waterloo – Reading Normal half-hourly service
London Waterloo – London Waterloo via Hounslow Some peak service cancellations
West of England  
London Waterloo – Exeter St Davids Largely as per normal weekday timetable
London Waterloo – Salisbury Largely as per normal weekday timetable, some evening cancellations
Yeovil Pen Mill/Castle Cary/Westbury Mostly cancelled, with no services via Westbury. Yeovil Pen Mill will be served by two morning and two evening services
Salisbury – Romsey Largely as per normal weekday timetable
South West Main Line  
London Waterloo – Basingstoke Normal half-hourly service, some early morning cancellations
London Waterloo – Portsmouth via Guildford Some peak services cancelled, reduced to half-hourly off-peak
London Waterloo – Portsmouth via Eastleigh Largely as per normal weekday timetable with some cancellations
London Waterloo – Weymouth Largely reduced to one train per hour to Weymouth, other half hour service will run between London Waterloo and Bournemouth. Some cancellations.
Other  
Island Line Hourly service
London Waterloo – Alton Normal half-hourly service
Portsmouth – Southampton Largely as per normal weekday timetable with some cancellations
Brockenhurst – Lymington Largely as per normal weekday timetable
Farnham – Guildford Three trains every two hours
Aldershot – Ascot Three trains every two hours

 Yeovil Pen Mill/Castle Cary/Westbury Normal service
 Salisbury – Romsey Up to two trains every three hours
South West Main Line  
London Waterloo – Basingstoke (stopping) One train per hour
 London Waterloo – Portsmouth via Guildford Three trains per hour will run between London Waterloo and Petersfield due to engineering work
 London Waterloo – Portsmouth via Eastleigh One train per hour
 London Waterloo – Weymouth One train per hour
Other  
Island Line One train per hour
 London Waterloo – Alton One train per hour
 Portsmouth – Southampton One train per hour
 Brockenhurst – Lymington Rail replacement buses will operate
 Farnham – Guildford No services due to engineering work
 Aldershot  Ascot One train per hour
 Bournemouth to Poole One train per hour

Sunday 12 May – normal service

Services will run as per the normal timetable.
