About Point-One™ Structural Polyurethane Adhesives with micro emission

Also available to buy online at  Available at Intertronics.shop

Point-One™ Structural Polyurethane Adhesives are fast curing two-part adhesives which form strong, durable bonds. They are resistant to moisture, fuel, many solvents and chemicals. They have excellent adhesion to materials such as plastics, metals and composites. Able to be sanded in as little as 10 minutes, subsequent painting or assembly processes can be completed within a short timeframe.

emicode EC1 plus logoPoint-One™ Polyurethane Adhesives are based on a micro emission technology. The concentration of monomeric diisocyanates is less than 0.1% by weight.

  • There is no requirement for any users to undergo the mandated diisocyanate REACH training, reducing training obligations, certification and operational downtime
  • Reduced health & safety risk
  • No requirement for a carcinogen warning on the product label, not H351 classified

These adhesives are supplied in pre-measured, side-by-side double syringe cartridges and includes static mixing nozzles for straightforward application. They have good sag resistant properties, allowing vertical application and excellent gap filling properties, and are easy to extrude through the static mixing nozzles. Our recommended and included IDM2N18 static mixing nozzle is one of the shortest on the market, minimising material waste and giving great dispensing control.
