Overview

Raw Material & Eden Court Highlands present:

The Stamping Ground

An uplifting new musical that thrilled critics and had audiences on their feet at its 2022 premiere in Inverness.

When together-forever couple Euan and Annie return home, they’re seeking a fresh start for their teenage daughter. But there’s a heatwave in the Highlands and they soon find themselves lost in this once familiar place, now filled with more tourists than residents.

Filled with rousing new arrangements of Runrig’s best loved songs, THE STAMPING GROUND is a story about love, life and the land, starring Juliet Cadzow (Balamory/River City), Robin Campbell, Caitlin Forbes, Annie Grace, Robert Grose, Jenny Hulse (River City), Barrie Hunter, Naomi Stirrat, Brian James O’Sullivan and Ali Watt.

CATS Awards 2022 winner: Best Music & Sound.
