Ecoveritas' Extended Producer Responsibility Survey. We want to hear your thoughts!

Seeking views from businesses that will be obligated under the Producer Responsibility legislation on the introduction of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) in the UK, in 2023.

Under EPR, businesses will be required to collect data from March 2023, ready to begin payments in 2024. Obligated producers include those with a turnover of more than £1 million and place more than 25 tonnes of packaging on the market. A flurry of Defra activity has paved the way for the rollout of packaging reforms over the next two years.
