Program Overview:

NCC's Craft Distillery Specialized Diploma program covers everything from the fundamentals of distillation operations, to quality control and sensory analysis. Learn craft fermentation production, beverage data analytics, craft beverage sales and distribution, and compliance. Program includes an experiential-learning practicum with an approved craft beverage facility.
