How do I return a pallet?

Thanks for purchasing our rigids! You rock!

Now you want to return your pallet? Its simple, just call Customer Service Team on 0800 800 668 or email us at sales@totalsupply.co.nz and we'll take care of the rest. We just need to know how many you have and where to collect them from.

If you're within the Auckland Metro area we'll arrange a collection via Spicers truck.

For those regional, we'll sell you a freight provider ticket with our chosen carrier. Please note, there is a minimum collection of 3 pallets for the regions. Please store your pallets in a safe place until they are ready for collection.

After the pallets have been returned we will credit against the original invoice.

How do I book a Zero Waste Collection?

We want to take care of waste as much as you do, that's why we developed the Zero Waste Initiative. To book a collection, simply email sales@totalsupply.co.nz stating the number of bags or pallets you have available and we'll do the rest. You can even order a new bag at the same time!

What is your returns policy?

We stand behind our products and want to ensure all of our customers are happy. Total Supply offers a 14 days Returns Policy. Simply contact our Customer Service Team via phone or email to lodge the return. No goods will be accepted for return without prior approval and must be returned unused and in original packaging and condition. Where goods are not faulty or damaged, a restocking fee applies. We are unable to return any products after 14 days if you have simply changed your mind, over ordered or incorrectly ordered.
Unfortunately, we are unable to return any Clearance or custom products, so please ensure you are happy with your order prior to checking out.

How do I find out my Account Balance?

"My Account Online" is coming soon - Due April 2024!

The quickest and easiest way to check your Account is by logging on to your webstore and viewing the details under ‘My Account’.

If you don’t have a webstore login, simply phone our Customer Service team or email accounts4@totalsupply.co.nz
for your Account Balance.

How do I properly shut down my printer?

Printers are the unsung hero of any business. So when it's time for the business to take a break, its important you shut your machine down properly. We provide guides on each of our Mimaki printers to ensure you come back and the printer is ready to go. Check out our Resources page for the full list.

Can I collect my order?

Absolutely! We offer Click and Collect from each of our Distribution Centres. Simply place your order via phone, web or email and we'll have it ready for you in 2hrs for standard roll media and 4hrs for rigids and banner.

We don't take orders onsite anymore, but you can place it online using your mobile device and we'll endeavour it get it ready for you as quickly as possible.
