InterVISTAS continues stand-alone from Royal HaskoningDHV following a buyout

Royal HaskoningDHV CEO Erik Oostwegel said, “Since InterVISTAS became part of our company in 2008 we have seen the delivery of many joint projects. Going forward and related to aviation, our strategy focusses more on intermodal transportation together with our Netherlands Airport Consultants (NACO) team – enabling airports to be an integral part of more sustainable door-to-door mobility.”

As of March 1, 2023, InterVISTAS is a stand-alone company, whilst continuing to deliver on existing projects in close alignment with its clients. 

InterVISTAS President & CEO Solomon Wong said, “InterVISTAS is an established brand with a rich history and expertise in delivering consultancy services to our clients. This buyout represents the next chapter, with greater local focus on customer service with the opportunity to thrive and grow as an organization under employee ownership. InterVISTAS will continue to build products and services to help our clients transform in airports, transportation, and tourism. We look forward to partnership opportunities with the Royal HaskoningDHV team.”

He adds further that “our people are our most important assets, and we believe this ownership model will help build client excellence as we develop the next generation of strategic insights.”

Solomon will continue as President & CEO of InterVISTAS Consulting with a new Board of Directors for the company to oversee its strategic direction.
